I am Founder & CEO of READY Nationwide, a racial and gender equity focused firm. I expose and uproot oppression across the education-to-workforce continuum--especially anti-Black racism and gendered racism. My clients wield the power of ungentrified minds to create systemic change.

While I am a warm one-on-one coach and Jegna to social justice leaders, DEI leaders, for-profit leaders, social entrepreneurs, and education/youth development leaders, I am also a certified group coach, facilitrainer, and talent optimizer. I created NewSuns to share my love for Afrofuturism with the world.
